Job Overview
A growing construction company in the UAE, with its own in-house delivery team, is seeking an experienced Project/Senior Project Manager to join its growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of major projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, and financial targets
- Develop project execution plans, quality plans, and delivery schedules, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of progress
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subconsultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with authority requirements
- Support procurement activities, including subconsultant appointments and contract management
- Manage project risk registers and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee design coordination, change management processes, and approvals
- Attend and contribute to client, technical, and coordination meetings
- Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across all stages of the project
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary design and construction projects, including at least 6 years of experience in the UAE
- Previous experience with reputable consultancies or contractors
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
