Job Summary
The senior freight operations specialist is responsible for managing and optimising complex freight operations across air, ocean, and land transportation. This role serves as a senior operational expert, ensuring efficient shipment execution, maintaining high service standards, resolving escalated issues, and supporting customer satisfaction. The position also focuses on building strong relationships with carriers and logistics partners, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving operational performance, controlling costs, and mentoring junior team members. Working closely with customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders, the specialist contributes to operational excellence and business growth.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of freight forwarding and logistics operations experience
- Experience in Oil & Gas Freight Operations
- Strong knowledge of international freight, customs procedures, and transportation regulations
- Experience handling key accounts and complex logistics solutions
