mselect is looking to hire a Senior Facilities Manager for a facilities management company in AlUla, KSA. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-site or large-scale FM operations in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary
The senior facilities manager is responsible for overseeing the operational delivery, maintenance, and performance of FM services across assigned facilities. The role ensures all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The position places emphasis on operational documentation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement to maintain service excellence across all managed sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of FM services across assigned facilities, ensuring all SLAs, KPIs, and service standards are consistently achieved
  • Lead, manage, and develop on-site FM teams across hard and soft service streams, ensuring adequate resourcing, performance, and professional conduct always
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation, including SOPs, maintenance logs, inspection records, and quality reports, in line with organisational and client standards
  • Oversee the execution of planned preventive maintenance and reactive works to ensure they are carried out as scheduled and to the required quality standard
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to maintain service excellence
  • Ensure all on-site activities comply with applicable QHSE standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Monitor facility performance through regular reporting and performance dashboards, escalating issues to the Account Manager as required
  • Address and resolve operational issues, client concerns, and service escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless, compliant, and coordinated service delivery across all facility operations
  • Identify and implement service improvement and quality enhancement initiatives to drive continuous operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to the position
  • Stay updated on industry best practices to enhance professional performance and process improvement

Requirements

Core Competencies:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications: Professional certification in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA CFM, BIFM/IWFM) is preferred; PMP certification is an advantage
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-site or large-scale FM operations in Saudi Arabia

  • FM Service Delivery Management: Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM service delivery, performance management, and quality assurance across multi-site operations
  • Documentation & Quality Management: Proficiency in maintaining accurate operational records, standard operating procedures, quality documentation, and audit trails in line with organisational and client requirements
  • People & Resource Management: Proficiency in workforce planning, scheduling, performance management, and team development across on-site FM teams
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Knowledge of operational and safety risk identification, QHSE compliance, and regulatory requirements within an FM environment
  • Client Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Experience in preparing and presenting performance dashboards, KPI reports, and client review documentation
  • CAFM & Systems: Knowledge of CAFM systems and digital FM tools used to monitor service performance, manage work orders, and maintain accurate operational records
