JOB OBJECTIVE
Control company staff’s international & domestic travel administration in align with company policy, co-organizing company’s conference/workshop, department contract management and cost control.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversee the rotation and business travel for company staffs in align with company travel policy
- Co-organizing company conferences/ events/ workshops
- Manage, monitor and control the department expenses within the approved budget
- Lead to complete department contract tendering process as per company procurement requirement
- Contract management to ensure the implementation fully satisfy the cost recovery and compliance requirement
- VOWD & budget performance report management
- Assist department manager to compile department’s annual budget
- Control department payment and reimbursement process
- Edit & update section’s policy and procedures
- Section staff administration and team building
- Emergency responding and problem-solving
- Secretarial management to company management team and president office
- Carry out the other responsibilities assigned by the line manager

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Experience:
Over 10 years of experience, in accounting or the travel/ administration section in large oil fields
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
- Fluency in English oral and writing, understanding and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS office in Excel, PowerPoint and word
- Good knowledge of sap and OA system
- Good knowledge on cost analysis and cost control
- Good knowledge of the office administration & executive secretary
- Organization & multi-tasking skills

- Good interpersonal & communication skills
