Sales Representative

mselect is looking to hire a Sales Representative for a real estate client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and proficiency in English and Kurdish is considered an advantage.

Job Purpose
The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets by attracting potential buyers, presenting available residential units, following up with clients, and successfully closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate residential unit handovers with clients and relevant departments
  • Generate and approach new clients through different sales channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable property options
  • Present residential units and explain their main features and benefits
  • Explain payment plans and purchasing procedures clearly
  • Follow up with leads and answer client inquiries regularly
  • Close sales deals and meet assigned sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and customer service teams
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects
  • Prepare regular sales activity reports
  • Attend trainings and workshops when required
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential units
  • Good understanding of the local real estate market
  • Arabic fluency is required; English and Kurdish are a plus
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems
