Integrates across multidisciplinary teams to interpret reservoir data (static reservoir description, dynamic surveillance and production data) to provide technical recommendations, inform business decisions, and mature value?adding well?work and new?well opportunities. Clearly describe and communicate key subsurface uncertainty, risks and opportunities to other disciplines.

Key Accountabilities

Reservoir Surveillance & Technical Analysis:
  • Provide surveillance recommendations, QC, and interpretation of surveillance data to inform reservoir management decisions
  • Performance management of the different reservoir units, which are able to use the pressure & water cut data to explain the pressure & sweep performance and how this will be linked to the AOP
  • Support the delivery of the surveillance program by integrating with the surveillance team, providing the value of information and prioritising planned candidates
  • Ensure high?quality pressure surveillance planning, QC, and interpretation
Waterflood & Performance Optimisation:
  • Work closely with Base Management and Waterflood Operations to optimise VRR, diagnose injection system constraints, and maximise the value of water
  • Maintain simple, effective dashboards and analytics (Power BI, Python, Spotfire) to track field performance against plan
Opportunity Maturation:
  • Identify and mature well?work (Conversions, recompletions, twins) and new?well opportunities into the RMT Hoppers
  • Collaborate across subsurface disciplines to ensure opportunities are technically integrated and aligned with the reservoir strategy
Cross?Disciplinary Integration & Quality Assurance:
  • Drive alignment across geology, petrophysics, operations, wells, and production teams to ensure a consistent understanding of reservoir status and required actions
  • Assure the quality of key reservoir management deliverables and communicate risks, deviations, and opportunities to senior leadership
