Job Summary
An experienced and strategic marketing manager to lead, develop, and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, overseeing the marketing team, and ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans
- Manage and oversee marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.)
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team and external agencies
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, analytics)
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Plan and execute promotional activities and product launches
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MBA or Marketing-related field)
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
