Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies
- Define marketing objectives aligned with sales and production goals
- Prepare annual marketing plans and seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Summer, Back to School, etc.)
- Identify target markets and appropriate distribution channels for each product category
- Manage the marketing budget and monitor return on investment (ROI)
- Build, develop, and protect brand identity for juice and food product portfolios
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
- Define brand positioning strategies
- Oversee packaging design, development, and updates
- Monitor brand perception and performance in the market
- Develop trade marketing strategies to support sales and distribution teams
- Design and execute promotions, discounts, and trade offers
- Develop and manage Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and in-store activities
- Support new product launches in coordination with sales and production teams
- Analyze promotional effectiveness and sales impact
- Lead digital marketing strategies across online platforms and social media
- Oversee content creation and creative campaigns
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (digital and traditional media)
- Monitor digital performance (reach, engagement, conversion)
- Manage relationships with advertising and media agencies
- Lead market research initiatives and consumer behavior studies
- Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and marketing activities
- Monitor market trends in the juice and food industry
- Provide analytical reports and insights to senior management
- Support new product development based on market insights
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to align production planning with marketing campaigns
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with production capacity and supply chain capabilities
- Support geographic expansion and distribution strategies
- Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with food standards
- Lead, develop, and structure an effective marketing organization
- Define clear KPIs and performance targets for marketing teams
- Evaluate performance and implement development plans
- Foster a creative, performance-driven culture
- Prepare periodic marketing performance reports
- Present strategic marketing plans and results to executive management
- Propose growth initiatives and expansion opportunities
- Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights
Requirements
- BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related
- 10–15 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with Strong experience in FMCG, preferably juices or food products
- Fluent in: English and Arabic
- Ability to travel domestically and regionally as needed
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong brand management experience, including product positioning, packaging, and campaigns
- Experience in trade marketing and sales support
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from market research and data
- Strong leadership, team development, and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
