Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing key human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, training coordination, and compliance. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations, maintains accurate employee records, supports employee engagement initiatives, and helps implement HR policies and procedures. Acting as a liaison between employees and management, the HR executive helps foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labour laws and organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
- Support the performance review process and related documentation
- Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Ensure HR records and processes comply with company policies and labor regulations
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and other routine documents as required
- Coordinate with internal teams to support HR operations
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience with HR systems and employee documentation processes
- Good understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise
- Employee relations and conflict-resolution abilities
- Organisational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
