Hard Services Consultant – Mechanical

mselect is looking to hire a Hard Services Consultant – Mechanical for a facilities management company in Riyadh, KSA. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management. Fluency in English is a must.

Job Summary
The Hard Services Consultant (Mechanical) is responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of the Annual Maintenance Plan with the Facilities Management Service Provider and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with industry and OEM standards across assigned locations under the Project Director/Project Manager. The role includes reviewing training standards for FMS hard services staff and providing feedback aligned with industry best practices. It also oversees the implementation of the PMS procedure, including monitoring observations and NCRs, to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, SLAs, and health, safety, and environmental standards, while driving continuous improvement across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor all maintenance activities for electrical services
  • Ensure all FM activities comply with applicable HSE standards
  • Review and develop technical proposals and FM solutions to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Ensure all facilities and utilities are maintained to the required standards
  • Develop continuous improvement plans and best practice strategies to enhance service performance
  • Establish and maintain SOPs, contingency plans, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and technical documentation
  • Monitor all on-site activities performed by the FM contractor
  • Ensure proper management and accountability of all handed-over assets

Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (certified)
  • Minimum IELTS level 6 or equivalent
