Job Summary
The Hard Services Consultant (Electrical) is responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of the Annual Maintenance Plan with the Facilities Management Service Provider and its subcontractors, ensuring compliance with industry and OEM standards across assigned locations under the direction of the Project Director/Project Manager. The role oversees the review of training standards for FMS hard services staff, providing feedback in line with industry best practices. It also ensures effective implementation of the PMS procedure, including monitoring observations and NCRs, to confirm compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and health, safety, and environmental standards, while driving continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all maintenance activities for electrical services
- Ensure all FM activities comply with applicable HSE standards
- Review and develop technical proposals and FM solutions to maintain high service standards
- Ensure all facilities and utilities are maintained to the required quality standards
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans and best practice strategies to enhance service delivery
- Establish and maintain SOPs, contingency plans, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and technical documentation
- Oversee all on-ground activities performed by the FM contractor
- Ensure proper management and upkeep of all handed-over assets
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (certified)
- Minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent
