Job Summary
The Freight Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day freight operations across air, ocean, and land transportation. The role ensures the smooth execution of shipments by working closely with carriers, customers, overseas agents, and vendors while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include arranging bookings, monitoring shipment progress, preparing shipping and customs documentation, resolving operational issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate records. The position also supports cost control initiatives and continuous process improvement to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day freight operations across air, ocean, and land transportation
- Ensure the smooth execution of shipments by working closely with carriers, customers, overseas agents, and vendors
- Arrange freight bookings and coordinate transportation activities
- Monitor shipment progress and provide timely operational updates
- Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation
- Resolve operational issues to maintain service continuity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with applicable freight and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational documentation
- Support cost control initiatives within freight operations

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Knowledge of air, ocean, and land freight processes
- Experience in Oil & Gas Freight Operations
- Familiarity with freight management systems and shipping documentation
- Strong operational coordination and organisational skills

- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
