MSELECT is looking to hire a Business Data Analyst for a consultancy client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English and Kurdish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the smooth-running of day-to-day business by supporting trainers with diary management, meeting arrangement and data entry
- Track progress of training sessions while identifying risks and appropriately elevating issues to the Team Leader
- Gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results
- Deal with incoming and outgoing communication with stakeholders
- Arrange meetings, events and travel
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Follow the process maps and case studies to repair a fault or set up a system
- Solve technical problems users may face either at a distance or in person
Experience and skills:
- Familiarity with accounting and finance
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Communication, presentation, organisation, time management, and public speaking skills
- Technical expertise in resolving hardware and software issues
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Good/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Both Kurdish and English proficiency is required
