Job Summary
The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the client’s branch in Basrah, driving business growth, overseeing daily operations, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales, service, and performance objectives
- Build, expand, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Oversee daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage loan approval processes and drive branch profitability through effective business and financial management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CPA qualification is an advantage
- More than 10 years of banking experience, preferably in corporate banking or branch management
- Strong leadership, business development, and credit analysis skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
