mselect is looking to hire an AP Accountant for an industrial and distribution group in Baghdad. Candidates must have at least 3-4 years of AP accounting experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- AP- Trouble Shooting/ PO holding/ Invoices
- AP- PM
- AP- Utility/ Freight/ Clearing Agents
- AP- RM/ Non-inventory suppliers
- Reconciliation of supplier A/C
- Liaise with suppliers/ Treasury/ Critical reconciliations
- Reporting- PO incidental charges/ AP
- Master data management of ACCBC supply chain
- AP cash flow/ Review of DWS status of each invoices by individual staff
- Other duties from time to time
Qualifications
- Degree - Commerce or Accounting - Required
- Accounting experience 3-4 years AP accounting
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel, and Accounts Payable
